The fun part
Relaxed and gently guided. I’ll prompt, play and pose as needed, and we’ll pause for feeds, snacks and snuggles whenever little ones need them.

Frequently asked
When should I book my newborn session?
During your second trimester. I’ll hold a spot around your due date, and we’ll set the exact day once your baby arrives, ideally when baby is 10 to 21 days old.
When is the best time for maternity photos?
Between 32 and 38 weeks, when your bump is beautifully round.
Where do sessions take place?
Maternity and family sessions are outdoors at a favorite spot around Raleigh or in my studio, and we’ll choose together when we plan. Newborn sessions are always in the studio, where every outfit, prop and wrap is ready for you.
What should we wear?
Soft, solid colors and textures that coordinate without matching. Skip big logos and busy prints. I’ll share outfit ideas once you book.
What if my little one is fussy?
Totally normal! Sessions are unhurried, and we’ll take breaks for feeds, snacks and cuddles. Some of my favorite photos happen right after a meltdown.
How long until we see our photos?
Your full gallery arrives within two weeks of your session. If you’d like a sneak peek, it usually comes within 3–4 days.
Do you travel outside Raleigh?
Yes! I photograph families across the Triangle, including Cary, Apex, Holly Springs and Wake Forest. Locations more than 30 miles from Raleigh have a travel fee, so just ask.
